🚚 Orders & Delivery
My order hasn’t arrived yet. Where is it?
We offer blazing-fast Same-Day Delivery across Dubai for all orders placed before our 6 PM cut-off time. If you placed your order *after* 6 PM, it will be delivered the very next morning. You will receive a tracking link or a direct call from our driver as soon as your order is out for delivery.
Do you deliver on public holidays or weekends?
Yes, we do. We deliver 365 days a year, including all UAE public holidays and on Fridays/Saturdays. Your convenience is our priority.
Do I need to be there to sign for the delivery?
YES. This is a mandatory legal requirement. All deliveries containing vape products require the recipient to present a valid Emirates ID (or original passport for tourists) to verify they are 18 years of age or older. The name on the order *must* match the ID. Our drivers cannot, and will not, leave packages unattended or with building security.
Do you deliver to my area?
Yes. We deliver to all addresses within Dubai. We also offer fast courier shipping to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and all other Emirates (this may take 1-2 business days).
What are your delivery fees?
We offer a competitive flat rate for same-day delivery. All orders above 300 AED qualify for FREE same-day delivery.
📦 Products & Returns
Are your vapes authentic?
Yes. 100% authentic, guaranteed. We are an authorized retailer and source all our products directly from the official manufacturers and distributors (like Al Fakher, Myle, Elf Bar, etc.). We stake our reputation on it.
My new vape is blinking or doesn’t work. What do I do?
This is a “Dead on Arrival” (DOA) issue, and while rare, it can happen. Please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your item. You must provide your order number and a short video showing the device blinking or failing to fire straight out of the box. We will arrange a replacement for any confirmed DOA product.
I don’t like the flavor. Can I return it?
No. We cannot accept returns on opened products. Disposable vapes are classified as hygienic products. Once the factory seal is broken, the item is non-returnable and non-refundable for any reason *except* for a “Dead on Arrival” (DOA) defect (see above). Please choose your flavors carefully.
How do I charge my disposable vape?
If your vape (like the Al Fakher 15000) has a Type-C port, please charge it using a standard 1-amp wall adapter (like an old phone charger). DO NOT use a high-wattage “fast charger” (like a modern laptop or smartphone charger), as this can permanently damage the battery.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Apple Pay through our secure online payment gateway. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Dubai.
I ordered from your other sites (dubaivapor.ae, etc.). Where are my orders?
As long as you used the same email address to check out, your order history is unified! You can log in to the “My Account” page on any of our sites to see your complete order history from all of our stores in one convenient place.
