1. Same-Day Delivery (Dubai)
We offer a premium Same-Day Delivery service for all customers within Dubai.
- Order Cut-off Time: Place your order before 6:00 PM to receive it on the same day.
- Delivery Window: Orders are typically delivered between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
- Late Orders: Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be scheduled for priority delivery the following morning.
2. Next-Day Delivery (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, & Other Emirates)
For our customers in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, Umm Al Quwain, and Fujairah, we provide a fast Next-Day Delivery service via our courier partners.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed immediately and handed over to the courier.
- Delivery Time: You can expect your package within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays/Public Holidays in some areas).
3. Delivery Fees
- Dubai: AED 20 (Free for orders over AED 300)
- Other Emirates: AED 30 (Free for orders over AED 500)

Strictly 18+ Only. Upon delivery, our driver is required by UAE law to verify the recipient's age. You must present a valid Emirates ID or Passport proving you are 18 years of age or older. Packages cannot be left at reception, with security, or unattended.
🔄 Return & Refund Policy
1. Hygiene & Safety Policy
Disposable vapes, e-liquids, and pods are classified as consumable and hygienic products. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any product that has been opened, unsealed, or used.
2. Defective Items (Dead on Arrival)
If you receive a product that is defective right out of the box (e.g., it does not fire, or the light blinks immediately), this is considered "Dead on Arrival" (DOA).
- You must report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please email [email protected] or contact us via WhatsApp with your Order Number and a Video demonstrating the defect.
- Once the defect is confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a store credit/refund.
3. Wrong Item Received
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item (wrong flavor or brand), please do not open the package. Keep it sealed and contact us immediately. We will arrange an exchange at no cost to you.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched for delivery. Once the driver is on the way, cancellations are no longer possible.
